You are invited to participate in a research study conducted by VCU researcher Dr. Sarah Glass, dental student Vanessa Brown, and supporting team. The purpose of this study is to get a baseline knowledge of the prevalence of dentists performing head and neck exams using visual and tactile methods and the prevalence of biopsies conducted after a head and neck exam. 

The VDA leadership supports Dr. Glass in her research and would encourage you to provide your input on this important topic.*

Participation in this study will take approximately 5-7 minutes. Your participation is voluntary, and you can stop at any time without penalty. Your responses are anonymous. There is no cost associated with this study. There is no compensation for your participation. You must be at least 18 years old to participate. For this study, we are recruiting dentists and dental specialists in Virginia. If you have already taken this survey, thank you. You do not need to take it again.
