Want a healthy body?  Start with a healthy mouth!  That was the message the VDA brought to nearly one thousand attendees at the 2015 American Diabetes Association's Step Out Walk on Saturday, October 17th.  VDA staff distributed dental goodie bags and educational materials to all those that came out to the Redskins Training Center in Richmond.  VDA Members, Drs. Richard Roadcap and Sam Galstan provided free oral cancer screenings as part of the VDA's "Where's the Chair?" campaign.  Thanks to COLGATE who sponsored toothpaste and toothbrushes for the event and to the VDA members that helped support us with their donations.
