Our leadership styles are determined by  our strengths, weaknesses, personalities and role models. But, regardless of style, good leaders understand their respective roles in their organizations. For example, corporate and military leaders have both substantial responsibilities and significant powers. On the other hand, leaders in membership-directed organizations, like the ADA, have substantial responsibilities, but very limited powers.
