Purpose: The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract(s) through competitive negotiation for Dental Practitioner to provide dental services to individuals with Developmental Disabilities (DD), who are located in Healthcare Planning Regions (HPR) 1 & 3.  DBHDS’ intent is to award contracts to Dentists located in HPR’s 1 & 3. A large area of focus for this RFP is access to sedation dentistry.
