Notice of Comment Period for Regulatory Action of the Board of Dentistry: Expansion and clarification of refresher courses required for reinstatement of a license

In response to a petition for rulemaking, the Board will consider amendments to  18VAC60-21-240 and  18VAC60-25-210 to expand the types of refresher courses reinstatement applicants will take and will clarify the number of course hours required and the type of training required for such courses.
