Low Cost Dental Services

3.8 Million Virginians have no dental insurance. Because they can't afford care, most simply go without. If you are looking for help with your dental care needs the VDA Foundation has some exciting programs. In addition, we have compiled a list of other resources that may be of help to you.

Resources for Children

If your children are uninsured and not covered by Medicaid, find out if they’re eligible for the state-funded FAMIS health insurance program. It provides coverage for both dental and medical care for children up to age 19, with dental care provided through a special Smiles for Children program.
